Shipping Policy
The delivery time for orders on the peninsula is 24/48 hours. For orders from the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, delivery may take up to 1 week depending on the shipping company.
For orders outside Spain, orders may take up to 15 days.
Once the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we will send you confirmation of dispatch of your order and you will receive an email from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place your order before 1pm on a working day, it will be prepared the same day. On weekends or public holidays, deliveries will be processed on the next working day.
What should I do if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
A first delivery will be made and if at that time you are absent, the delegation that delivers your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If you are also absent on the second delivery, the order will remain at the branch in your area so that you can collect it from the agency.
What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?
If you detect any incorrect information, you can change it from your customer area if the order has not yet left our facilities. If the order has already been prepared, please contact us at contacto@erispure.com.
Please note that if your order has already left our logistics centre, this may cause a delay in delivery of up to 48 hours, so don’t forget to check all the fields!
Can I pick up my order at a branch or collection point?
Of course you can! The delivery company will contact you to arrange the delivery. You can then reschedule the delivery by indicating that you wish to pick up the package at the agreed collection point.
