Returns Policy

You can return or exchange the products in your order within 30 calendar days from the day you receive the products and we will issue a refund or arrange for an exchange.

How can I return a product?

You can return or exchange products unopened and in their original packaging, perfectly closed.  As these are cosmetics, for safety reasons it is not possible to return opened products unless it can be demonstrated that there is some kind of breakage or the product is not in the correct condition.

In any case, to make your return follow these simple steps:

1. A) If you have a customer account, log in and select the order and the products you wish to return. After confirming the return you will receive an e-mail with the following steps.
2. B) If you do not have a customer account or you want to make an exchange, write to contacto@erispure.com and explain which products you want to return or exchange.
3. In case of return, prepare the package and deliver it according to the instructions you receive.
4. Once we receive the package, our team will examine it in detail to verify that it is in the indicated conditions and that it has not been opened or manipulated. In case of compliance, we will proceed to send the new merchandise if you choose to exchange it, or to reimburse the amount in the same way it was paid.

Please note that the review period may take up to 72 hours from receipt of the package.

The cost of transport for returns will be borne by the customer unless it can be demonstrated that the package was not delivered in correct condition. In this case, the returned order plus the cost of shipping will be refunded after sending proof of the cost.

What options do I have when returning a product?

When you return a product you can choose between:

– Return of the product and reimbursement of the amount paid in the same payment method used to make the purchase.

– Exchange for another product or products of equal or lesser value. If the price is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
